No he doesn't. The data is owned by Sony. They cannot transfer anything. You don't know that. With Sony, like any other for profit company (I'm looking at you CCP), there's simply a price tag - everything and everyone and any account is for sale.
Do you really think that CCP will pay for that info when that same money could have been spent on production for DUST .
